We certainly came here to experience the lightly fried, and deliciously powder sugar-dusted beignets, and we got what we wanted! We decided to have a small lunch before trying out the beignets, and we all enjoyed our meals! We kept things light with salads, but overall there was quite a bit of seating on the water, which offered spectacular views, and a relaxing get away from the busy Savannah streets. So, if you're looking for some delicious beignets with praline, then Huey's is the place to go!

Everything was delicious, nothing like good old southern seafood food! Great service and atmosphere.

Tooling around Savannah with our friends who live there we stopped here for lunch. So delicious. The fried green tomato's.....OMG! Everyone enjoyed their mains as well. Very tasty smashed potatoes. I recommend if you are spending any time in town.

The interior had a cool vibe reminiscent of the French Quarter and looked right out onto the water. Service was attentive and friendly. Visually my French toast looked great, appeared crispy on the outside and custardy on the inside, but unfortunately the inside was more doughy in texture. I sampled all the pieces to see if any achieved the custard like texture, but none did. The pecan butter was tasty, but I was a little off put by packaged maple syrup (Smuckers I believe). My husband really enjoyed his traditional breakfast of eggs and bacon. I did really like my cup of fruit, which was fresh and delicious. The coffee was very good also.

Was riding the hop on hop off trolley and was given a heads up about Huey's. Nice place-clean-lots of friendly staff and comfortable seating. I chose a bar seat and had a Savannah Sour to start brunch. It was so hard to choose food but i knew the beignets had to be a part of it. They were perfectly fried and hollow-just right to pour the amazing praline sauce in. The entire plate was dusted with light powdered sugar. My main was the eggs Sardou-eggs covered in artichoke, spinach and a light lemony hollandaise. Great views through the big windows out to the waterfront. Def recommend!

Lunch with a river view! Our server was attentive and friendly. Complimentary cornbread which was soft and flavorful. Shrimp Po'Boy with fries was perfectly crisp and fries were nicely seasoned. The rice and beans were also delicious as well. The salmon was tender, flaky and packed with flavor with rice and spinach. The beignets were the topper just the right amount of powdered sugar. Definitely recommend this place!

We stopped here for breakfast while in town, and had a wonderful experience! We got there shortly after they had opened and were able to be seated immediately. The service was amazing, our server was attentive and able to answer any questions we had! The restaurant environment was neat, as the windows could open to allow for an "outdoor" feel! The food came out quickly, was fresh and made to order! We really enjoyed our meal here, and it was a great way to start the day! I would definitely come back if we were in town again, and recommend this restaurant to others who are visiting savannah!
